We Help Business Innovate

A passionate, energetic spirit has characterized TAKISAWA since its 1922 establishment as a machine tool manufacturer. Drawing upon a vast wealth of experience and a tradition of excellence that goes 90 years, we today offer a variety of innovative and technologically advanced products.
These include conventional lathes, CNC machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill centers and sophisticated FA cells and systems.
Machine tools production, long our specialty, supports all other product developments. Although our product line continually changes in keeping with the times, our energetic spirit remains ever-strong, ever open to the future. Always abreast of the needs of our customers, we stand ready to meet every challenge in ensuring the complete satisfaction of those we serve.

In the assembly lines arranged by the type of machines(CNC Multi-tasking Machine, CNC Lathe, Machining Center, CNC Manual Lathe/Manual Lathe), the quality assurance is taken place every process according to the machine models, and the final general inspection is conducted with the laser measuring equipment.

The quality assurance is the duty of TAKISAWA that produces machine tools as mother machines. TAKISAWA acquired the ISO9001 in 1997. TAKISAWA’s quality policy is to “Win Customer’s Confidence”. We will further address ourselves to manufacturing the products with customers’ confidence.Acquired ISO14001 certification in 2012.

The free interaction between peoples of all nations inevitably leads to the development of new technology, new products and mutual trust. Our involvement in international machine tool fairs such as IMTS, EMO and JIMTOF furthers this cause. Our technical centers and show-rooms allow customers to view our newest CNC machine tools and provide us with the feedback we need to respond immediately and meticulously all customer needs.

Community Involvement Exemplifies Takisawa’s Commitment to Society.

A dedication to serving society is evident in all TAKISAWA activities, both abroad and within our own community. Children form local elementary schools as well as the elderly have an open invitation to tour our plants. Other visitors include students from universities, technical institutes and high schools. Our plants also host a number of trainees from abroad whose education is sponsored in part by the Japanese government. Our own skilled personnel are dispatched regularly to train others. Technical seminars are conducted at our technical center. These activities exemplify our dedication to serving society.
